Canvas and metal prints ship separately from other items as they are shipped directly from the printer.

If you order a canvas and/or metal print along with other items, you will receive two shipping confirmation emails. The first will be when your items (bookmarks, greeting cards, stickers, etc.) ship. The second will be when your canvas and/or metal print ships. The canvas and metal prints ship separately from each other as well.

Return Policy

Kimberly Lane Productions does not offer returns or exchanges on metal prints. If the metal print arrives damaged, please contact store@kimberlylaneproductions.com and we will be happy to work with you to find a resolution.

Please keep the receipt.
